The Department has reached capacity for Graduate Research Days, and is no longer accepting applications to attend the event.

Discover the value of a graduate degree from U of T’s Department of Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry — and the impact our students and alumni have on the world.

From Feb 23 to 25, 2017, we will host select applicants for Graduate Research Days, an expenses-paid trip to U of T to learn more about our outstanding graduate research programs.  This exclusive event will include meetings with professors, lab tours and interactive sessions with alumni, current graduate students and admissions staff.

The event is open to students in their final year of undergraduate studies or who are about to complete their Master’s degree.  Space is limited to 25 students.

Up to 25 students from Canada and the U.S. will receive an invitation to Graduate Research Days one week after the submission deadline.  If you are selected, you will arrive in Toronto on Thurs, Feb 23 and depart on Sat, Feb 25.  You will get to know our graduate students and their research, meet with individual professors, visit our exceptional lab facilities and dine at U of T’s historic Hart House with faculty, students and alumni.

Not sure if chemical engineering is right for you?
