Cluster Description
The Environmental Science and Engineering Cluster in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the University of Toronto regroups faculty interested in the application of sound science to the development of sustainable industrial processes and ecosystems. The research and teaching covers all aspects of environmental science and engineering from understanding the behavior of pollutants in natural environments to improving waste treatment processes to developing green technologies.
