* Please note that these hours are a general guide. If the job takes longer or must occur outside the scheduled Help Desk/Scheduled Job Requests time slots, we will try (and have tried) to accommodate as much as possible. However we ask our clients to respect the schedule as much as possible to assist IT personnel to have time to get the job (possibly yours) done.
