Inventory - Chemical and Biological Agents
A template to prepare annual laboratory inventories of all chemicals and biological agents in lab. Please note that this is only an example of what is needed in the inventory. It can be prepared as an Excel spreadsheet or other program as well but must contain the same information. Inventories are to be conducted and submitted to Leticia Gutierrez in WB217 by July 31st on an annual basis.
