11:00am – 12:00noon Research Lab Computing/Instruments Help Desk
12:00noon – 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm – 4:30pm Work Order Jobs for Research Computing/Instruments (on site)
4:30pm – 5:00pm Paperwork (DO NOT DISTURB)

Computer Support Specialist’s Office Hours:

9:00am – 12:00noon Work Order Jobs for PC/Apple Computer Support, Media Support
12:00noon – 1:00pm PC/Apple Computer Support Help Desk
1:00 pm – 2:00pm Lunch
2:00pm – 4:30pm Work Order Jobs for PC/Apple Computer Support, Media Support
4:30pm – 5:00pm Paperwork (DO NOT DISTURB)

 

Please note that these hours are a general guide. If the job takes longer or must occur outside the scheduled Help Desk/Scheduled Job Requests time slots, we will try (and have tried) to accommodate as much as possible. However we ask our clients to respect the schedule as much as possible to assist IT personnel to have time to get the job (possibly yours) done.
